We have been working on getting the link to resend user name and password information out on Parent Portal. This has been fixed. If a parent calls and cannot remember their user name or password they will, now, be able to click on "Having trouble signing in?"
This will prompt them to enter their user name and an email address in order for them to get a link sent to them so that they can reset their password.
If they do not know their user name, there is also a tab they can click on that says, "Forgot User Name?" This will prompt them to enter in an email address, and their user name will be sent to them.
