Seniors:  Time is running out to qualify for college scholarships.  Please see your guidance counselors for details. 

The library would like to congratulate our "Blind Date with a Book" drawing winners:  Katlyn Fink wins a free meal from Zaxby's, Madison Boatman wins a free pizza from Papa John's, and Emma Sheedlo wins a gift card to AMC Theaters.  We would also like to congratulate our top patrons from the month of February:  Hailey Carnal, Juan Plaza-Larin, and Will Sullivan.  Stop by the library to claim your prizes.

The annual Spring Blood Drive sponsored by HOSA will be held on Thursday, March 8, in the auditorium for students and on the Medic bus for community members.  If you are 18 years old, you must weigh at least 110 lbs. to donate.  If you are 16 or 17, you must weigh at least 120 lbs. and have parental permission.  sign-up forms are located outside Mrs. Adkins' door.  All forms are due by Wednesday, March 7.

"On With the Show" is coming next weekend, March 9 and 10, at 7:00, and March 11, at 2:00.  Tickets on sale at the door for $10.  This year's show will highlight some of TV and movies' best title songs.  So come out and see the East/West musical revue in the West High auditorium, March 9-11.

Are you dedicated?  Are you creative?  Yearbook needs dedicated and creative students on next year's staff.  If you are interested, please pick up an application outside rooms 447 and 482, and please turn them into Mrs. Cutshaw by March 15.

Summer Work Based Learning Internship applications are now available to current sophomores, juniors and seniors.  Students may pick up applications from their TNN teacher or in the counseling office.  Applications are due to TNN teachers or the counseling office by April 1, 2018. 

Students going to get their driving permits must request a 1010 form from the front office 3 days in advance.  First form is free, $3.00 charge thereafter.  You do NOT need a 1010 form for a driver's license UNLESS your driver's permit is out of state.

Seniors get one college day, but it MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE YOU GO.  See Ms. Ferguson for further instructions.

·       March 7th – Freshman Registration (3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) for Lincoln Middle only

·       March 12th – Freshman Registration (3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) for Westview only

·       March 14th – Freshman Registration (3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) for Westview only
