THE MORRISTOWN WEST CROSS COUNTY TEAMS COMPETED IN THE BRISTOL CROSS INVITATIONAL IN BRISTOL.  THE LADIES FINISHED 5TH IN THE LARGE SCHOOL DIVISION OUT OF 25 TEAMS AND WERE LED BY MADISON PAGE'S 12TH PLACE FINISH.  SHE WAS FOLLOWED BY ASHLYN HAAS--28TH, LINZEE MITCHELL--43RD, KATIE SIMONDS--59TH, MOLLY WRIGHT--64TH, CAROLINE SPAIN--72ND, AND MCKENNA KORODY--100TH TO ROUND OUT THE TOP 7.  THE LADIES JV TEAM FINISHED 6TH LED BY EMMA MITCHELL'S 18TH PLACE FINISH.   THE MEN FINISHED 3RD IN THE LARGE SCHOOL DIVISION OUT OF 29 TEAMS AND WERE LED BY JESUS PACHECO'S 15TH PLACE FINISH.  HE WAS FOLLOWED BY CHRISTIAN HENRY--17TH, TRENT LOVELACE--20TH, NATHAN SIA--36TH, PATRICK LIPOSKY--40TH, LUIS HERNANDEZ--41ST, AND ABRAHAM FLORES--98TH TO ROUND OUT THE TOP 7.
THE MEN'S JV FINISHED 4TH AND WERE LED BY RICARDO FLORES'S 21ST PLACE FINISH.   PLEASE CONGRATULATE THEM WHEN YOU SEE THEM.   THEY WILL RUN NEXT AT THE JESSE OWENS CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL IN OAKVILLE , ALABAMA, IN OCTOBER.

Be on the Look-Out for Handy Dandy Graphing Calculator #20. Approach with CAUTION; it is a weapon of "Math Instruction."  If found, PLEASE return to Mrs. Dallemagne Room 425.  #20 , come home, your family misses you.

Spanish Club will be meeting on tomorrow, September 25th in Mr. Parker's room (472) after school from 3:05-3:45. Anyone who is interested in learning about and celebrating Hispanic cultures may join us, regardless of language skills!"

There will be a HOSA meeting Thursday, Sept. 27, at 3:05 in room 578 (Mrs. Adkins room). We will be discussing a corn maze trip and competitions.

Beta Members wishing to compete at the state convention must fill out a permission slip and pay a deposit by September 28. Forms are outside Mrs. Bowen's room.

Picture retakes for ALL students, including Seniors, will be October 3.  Any student or faculty member that did not have their picture taken may do so on this date.  Seniors will have a $25 sitting fee that covers the cost of the proofs and the use of the formal attire.  Only students that purchased pictures and did not like their pictures should come to the auditorium for retakes.  You will need to bring your pictures back to the photographer to have them remade.

Please remember, a 1010 form must be requested in the front office 3 days in advance for your driver's PERMIT.  The first form for the school year is free, $3.00 charge thereafter.  1010 form is NOT required for driver's LICENSE, unless your driver's PERMIT is out of state.

Seniors are allowed ONE college day.  It must be pre-approved.  Bring a note to Ms. Ferguson in the main office at least 2 days before.
