***Notice***--announcements appear on this page in chronological (date) order.  Please scroll all the way through to see what's happening and when.

Seniors:  If you have had perfect attendance since Kindergarten, please come to the counseling office at this time. Also, if you have earned a scholarship and wish to be recognized at Honors Day, today is the last day to notify the Counseling Office.

The library has free books to give away to teachers and students.  Come browse the selection of history, biography, geography, and literature that is available.  No limits on the amount of books you can have!  Also, all books checked out are due before or by May 8, so please be sure to check your due date.

Student Council members on both this year's and next year's councils will meet today after school in Ms. Cobb's room.

All Seniors graduating with Honors and Distinction should have received an email in their Office 365 mail accounts to vote for graduation speakers.  Voting will close at noon today and winners will be notified by 3:00 p.m. to begin preparing speeches.  If anyone did not receive the email or has trouble accessing it, please see Ms. Cobb in room 470.

Students planning to get a  driver's permit over the summer must come by the front office. Sign-up sheets are on the front counter. There is no charge for a summer 1010 form.  1010 forms are not needed for a drivers LICENSE unless the student's PERMIT is out of state.  Deadline to sign up will be Friday, May 3. After that, forms will not be available til the week after school is over.  Summer 1010 forms are valid for the entire summer.

Attention Seniors: In order to be admitted to Project Graduation, all forms must be turned in by Friday, May 10, to Mr. Parker in room 472. Remember, if you plan to bring a guest, his or her payment and permission form must be turned in with yours. Please see Mr. Parker with any forms, payments, or questions before school, after school, or during TNN.

The Beta Club and the National Honor Society are selling DVDs made by a professional videographer who can produce a quality DVD that will be edited to include shots from several camera set up at the Smoky Mountain Expo Center. Forms are outside Mrs. S. Bowen's room.
