There will be a mandatory HOSA meeting tomorrow, Sept. 12, in Mrs. Adkins room.  

Tennis tryouts are tomorrow, Sept. 12, at the Country Club, 3:30 - 5:00.  Anyone interested need to attend. 

The "Books and Breakfast" Club is this Friday.  If you do not receive your pass today, come by the library to pick one up. 

Students enrolled in Teaching as a Profession I/II who would be interested in teaching elementary students twice a week after school should see Mrs. Scariano in room 379 before this Friday, September 13.  

The PSAT Test will be given at West on Wednesday, October 30th. If you are a Sophomore or Junior you can register for the test in the counseling office. The fee for the test is 17.00. Please register by September 13th. This is the National Merit Qualifying Exam for Juniors.

The French Club will be having its new member party in Mr. Herron's room after school on Thursday, Sept. 19.  You don't have to be in French class or be able to speak French to join.  Dues are $5.00.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Herron.  

The Five Rivers College Fair permission slips are due in the Counseling Office by September 18th! The Fair is Sept. 23.

The Tusculum University Upward Bound Program is now accepting applications.  Upward Bound is an intensive college preparatory program designed to help students succeed in high school and prepare for success in college.  UB offers enrichment activities and academic assistance as well as a residential summer component for students.  All services are FREE for students that are selected for the program.  For more information or for an application, stop by the guidance office.  All interested freshmen and sophomores are encouraged to apply. 

A 1010 form must be requested in the front office 3 days in advance for your driver's PERMIT.  First form for the school year is free, $3.00 charge thereafter.  1010 form is not required for drvier's LICENSE unless your drvier's PERMIT is out of state.
