There will be an Inventor's Club meeting today.

This weekend is the East/West Musical Revue!  Students will be performing Motown classics in a 2 hour, high-energy presentation.  Showtimes are Friday and Saturday, Nov. 15-16,  at 7:00 p.m.,  and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Morristown West auditorium.  Tickets are $12 at the door.

Attention all track athletes or those wanting to participate in track: there will be a meeting in the auditorium, Monday, Nov. 18, during TNN.  Report to your TNN for attendance first.  There will also be a mandatory parent/athlete track meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 3:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.

We have a container in the front lobby outside the main office for "Coats for the Cold."  If you have a coat you no longer use, we would greatly appreciate it if you could bring your coat and drop it in the container to help another person in our community that doesn't have one.  We have so many people in our community in need of a coat:  adults and children.  Every donation will be given to someone that will greatly appreciate it.

Applications are now available for all eleven of the Tennessee Governor's Schools. The Tennessee Governor’s Schools are summer programs for current sophomores and juniors. The programs are academically demanding and require students who are high achievers. Students who are interested in applying may find the application online. For help, please see Mrs. Byrd in the counseling office. Completed applications are due to the counseling office by November 20th.

Attention seniors: The deadline for selecting your senior portrait has been extended until Nov 20. Please log onto the prestige portrait account that you received with your proofs and select your favorite blue background picture to be used in the yearbook. If you do not select one, the default picture that prestige portraits selected will be used.

A 1010 form must be requested in the front office 3 days in advance for your driver's PERMIT.  First form for the school year is free, $3.00 charge thereafter.  A 1010 form is NOT required for driver's LICENSE, unless your driver's PERMIT is out of state.
