Subjects Taught
Emergency Medical Services, Health Science Education, Nursing Education

After high school graduation, I attended the University of Tennessee for two years. Then, I transferred to East Tennessee State University to attend nursing school. Between the two universities, I completed the prerequisites for nursing school at Walters State Community College.

I am currently enrolled at East Tennessee State University in order to receive my Masters in Secondary Education with a concentration in Occupational Education.

I graduated from ETSU nursing school and became a Registered Nurse. I started working in the emergency department and continue to actively work as an RN in the emergency department still today. I started teaching at Morristown West High in January 2014. I continue to love sharing my passion for the medical field with students that will be the future of health care.

Outside of being a teacher and a nurse, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy being outside and staying active with games and sports. We also enjoy days spent on the lake, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with friends.

In my past time, I enjoy going to church, reading, swimming, being by the pool, being outdoors, and many other adventures.
