West High Cinderella Project Awaits You
(This is for All Hamblen County students eligible to attend Prom)

(Males and Females)

  • Students will be asked to borrow the prom attire and return it back to West High after the prom weekend. No money will be needed from students.
  • Grand Opening Weekend will be Saturday, March 19 from 10-2 and Sunday, March 20 from 2-4 in room #440 upstairs.  Students are asked to enter the building at the tall set of stairs outside in front of the gym lobby.
  • Beginning on Monday, March 28 the Cinderella Project inventory will be on display in Room 440 (Ms. Duval's old room), and students will have the opportunity to "shop" during the regular school day.
  • Students who borrow garments from CP will receive school letterhead with contact information for those community members who have offered services such as hair, make-up, nails, and photography. The information sheet will encourage anyone who needs additional assistance to contact those folks offering their services to schedule their own appointments. Students will be asked to present the letter to the stylists and photographers they then visit or use.
  • Over 150 prom dresses have been donated in addition to brand new formalwear for men.  Clutches, jewelry, and shoes have also been donated.

Restaurant Gift Cards

  • Students who borrow formal wear from CP will be allowed to enter a raffle to receive one of the many restaurant gift cards we anticipate receiving. The drawing for the raffle will be on Wednesday, April 27. Students are not REQUIRED to enter the drawing, but they will be given the chance if they want a chance at winning.
