Morristown West HOSA competed at the regional competition held at Carson Newman University. The qualifications for regional competition was an online test for the members respective competition. In order to make it to regionals members had to place in the top 5-9 places in the region. The qualifiers  of the online test had to then compete in an on-site competition. Only the top five in each event can advance to state competition.

In total 20 members qualified to compete at state. Shauna Honaker, Myiah Portrum, and Rory Walker placed third in Creative Problem Solving. Joanna Cardenas placed fifth in Dental Terminology. Davy Ray placed second  in Epidemiology. Marie Kyle placed first in Extemporaneous Health Poster. Kimberly Gonzalez placed second in Health Career Photography. Ryleigh Goodman and Allie Paxton placed third in Health Education. Alicia Gonzalez placed fourth in Home Health Aide. Emily Medford placed fourth in Job Seeking Skills. Brandon Jacome-Mendez placed second in Pathophysiology. Jonathan Holan placed second in Pharmacology. Calista Psichopaidas placed fourth in Physical Therapy. Jayden Baker placed fifth in Veterinary science. Jenna Smith placed fourth in Biomedical Laboratory Science. Madison Allen, Naomi Fodor, Autumn Snapp, and Mary Hannah Statzer placed third in HOSA Bowl.

These members will compete again in the HOSA State Leadership Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
