The Governor William Blount Scholars' program begins this evening in Knoxville.  Participants should arrive at Blount Mansion by 4:30.  Remember, this is not a school sponsored event, and students are responsible for their own transportation.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Moreland in room 700.

There will be Inventors' Club meetings today, and Friday, Feb. 16.

"Books and Breakfast" will meet in the library tomorrow, Feb. 16, at 7:30 a.m.   You may use last week's morning hall pass, or come by the library to get a new one.

Don't forget to sign up for the talent show auctions by Feb. 28.  Let's make this show the best ever!  See Dr. Drinnon, Mrs. Story, or Ms. Cobb for more information.

If you are a Senior interested in serving tables at the Celebration of Tables dinner, please sign up in the counseling office.  This will give you 2 hours of community service.  Please sign up by March 1.

Any girl interested in trying out for the 2018-2019 cheerleading team needs to pick up a tryout packet in the front office.  There is a mandatory parent meeting Monday, March 12, at 6:00 p.m. for any and all who are trying out.

Students assigned to detention today should report promptly at 3:05 to Room 431, which is the ALP room.  Students arriving after that time will not be admitted.  Students must bring something with them to read or work on.  Failure to serve a tardy or administrative detention will result in the student being placed on the next level of the assertive discipline plan.
