This year the West High Yearbook Staff would like members of the student body to send us the photos they have taken so they can be used in the yearbook.   The yearbook staff is holding a contest to encourage students to send in their photos.  The student with the best photo will win a free yearbook and be featured with their photo in the book.  We are looking for a variety of photos, including:  vacation/summer, student body section, sports, after-school clubs, extra-curricular activities, homecoming week, prom, trends, jobs, social media posts, any other major school event that will take place this year.  All photos must be school-appropriate, must be submitted by January 15, 2019, must not be any image or logo that is a copyright, registered trade mark or belongs to someone other than themselves., must be the work of the person submitting the photo, and must be relevant to school or school interests. To download photos directly to a place where the yearbook staff can access them, simply download the Balfour Image Share app and use our program code, 929306, to upload your photos.  Please make sure all photos are school-appropriate and are submitted by the deadline of January 15.  For more information, feel free to pick up the Photo Contest information sheet in the yearbook room, 447, or outside Mrs. Cutshaw's room, 482.  The West High Yearbook Staff does not pledge and does not guarantee that any photo submitted will be used in the book. If you have concerns about the content of your photo, please see a responsible adult and confirm their approval before sending that photo in.
